1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the iTSWHO App, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and iTSWHO ("we," "our," "us").

2. Eligibility

To use the iTSWHO App, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features of the iTSWHO App, including co-founder matching, communities, and messaging. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Take full responsibility for any activities or actions taken under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Services

iTSWHO provides a platform for individuals to connect, find co-founders, join communities, and engage in private messaging. You agree that:

• You will use the Services for lawful purposes only.
• You will not use the platform to spam, harass, or harm other users.
• You will not use the App to distribute illegal content, malware, or engage in any malicious behavior.
• You will not impersonate others or provide false information about your identity or your startup.

5. Co-Founder Matching

The co-founder matching feature allows users to view elevator pitches and connect with other users based on mutual interests. iTSWHO does not guarantee any specific outcomes or success in finding co-founders through the platform.

6. Communities and Messaging

You may join or create communities to collaborate with other users and engage in private messaging. You are responsible for the content you share and agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate.
• Violates the privacy or rights of others.
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove content at our discretion if it violates these Terms.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the App or Services.
• Collect personal information of other users without their consent.

8. Fees and Payments

iTSWHO currently offers its core features for free. However, we may introduce premium features or subscription plans in the future. If you choose to access paid features, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges in accordance with the terms provided at the time of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding on the iTSWHO platform are the intellectual property of iTSWHO or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the App without prior written consent from us.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the platform or its users.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

iTSWHO provides the App and Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, about the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials available through the platform. You use the App at your own risk.
